My rear wheel tells many a tale. Most of which are about the roads in OKC. Everyone that has been outside of Oklahoma knows that our highway system sucks. Our roads are just bumpier than any other state that I've been to. I can say this because I've lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona and Florida. I've driven back and forth between Oklahoma and Georgia many a times. I've even pulled a 31' camper from Oklahoma to Colorado and back behind a GMC Yukon. I've driven on the island of Grand Cayman in a 3 cylinder Chevy rental car. I've raced drivers in San Jose and San Diego in my sister's Dodge Durango. Oklahoma roads need help. I can attest to this, I've ridden a bike with tires an inch in diameter across a lot of NW OKC. A pothole made me go over my handlebars once. I dodge "cracks" in the road for fear of falling into a cavernous pit. But to not go off into too much of a tangent...
My rear wheel on my road bike is getting trued up again. This is where the wheel does not spin perfect on your rear axle. Usually every rotation your wheel might rub against your break. This is the second time in 8 months that I've had to have my wheel corrected. My dad's old road bike that I was riding last summer needed the same thing before I retired it. So let's say 3 times in the period of one year. That is how bad the city streets treat my rump and wheel.
So when I say my back wheel is a liar. It is because it constantly has to be trued. Because only liars need to consistently need to be corrected. That and politicians.

FYI... $15 to true my back wheel @ Wheeler Dealer
